Hotel Playa Golf Adults Only 4 Sup - Playa de Palma (Mallorca)

Food was varied, plentiful and delicious. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Everywhere was spotless. The pools were great and the beach just metres away....  

1. The location of the hotel is great. 2. The breakfast was reasonable. 3. Good recreational facilities - swimming pools, water slide, jacuzzi, fitness, sauna, spa ....

1. The “frying” corner (pancakes, sausages, eggs …) is located close to the entrance of the restaurant. So, every morning there was unpleasant smell in the hotel corridors. 2. The rooms have sliding doors to the balcony which are poorly sound proofed. During the day this might not be an issue, but in the night nothing can stop the shouting and singing from the streets – this could get quite disturbing. 3. The biggest problem for us was the noise from the drunken visitors of the hotel - slamming doors, shouting and singing at 2 AM. Such animal behavior should not be tolerated in a 4 star hotel.

The food is excellent and the hotel has a good location

The electric equipment in the rooms were below average and I felt that their was dust on the bed sheets

The walls of the rooms are thin..as you can hear whats happening outside your room with drunken people shouting and knocking adjacent doors at midnight...

I found the hospitality and location quite good, excellent staff at the restaurant, the food was good. Room -service also good. Very good background- music at the restaurant.

I found it difficult to find the place to park my rent-bicycle, despite the fact that the reception tried to explain to me twice where the location was. What about a better sign and description for your future guests? I also missed some scandinavian TV-channels at the room. Too many old/senior guests and little young-couple-friendly.

Great breakfast - a huge variety of meals.

We had a really good time here and would come back for sure. Everything about the hotel was really good. Location: the venue was very close to the comun areas, Can Torrat restaurant...

If you manage to buy a 60-65% discounted offer, than its good value for money ratio. Food is also not bad, although I had a food poisoning in the end..

Bad sound isolation. From your room, your can here what is happening in the corridor and in the street. Sauna is closed on Sundays and in the evenings: it works until 18:00 or 20:00 only. Outside pool has a jacouzy, but its without heating. Its very cold .. Interiour is not new .. Almost all tourists are from Germany, not many people speaking English..

Location and pool and leisure standard was excellent. Great wide range of food and staff were helpful and polite at all times. Great hotel.

The amenities like the wellness spa were a nice touch that added to my relaxing experience.

Grand hotel entrance efficient reception staff. Food very good. Staff in dining room friendly. Convenience to beach and bus service to Palma good.

Rooms need to be updated but comfortable. Aspects you could not do much about, late night noise and people trying to sell watches etc and massages on the beach and prominade.

The view from my room was fabulous, and I loved relaxing by the warm indoor pool, perfect for chilling out after a long day. The spacious layout made it easy to unwind, and I was seriously impressed by the variety of delicious dishes available...  

Value for money. Very nice to bicycle!
